Fixed User Status Syntax

The status that shows up in a tooltip doesn't apply username formatting if there's a tagged user in it. See the example below.

It really needs to be parsed into "@Brogan" so it doesn't show the syntax used in profile posts. Wouldn't need to be HTML safe.

That's not really needed is it? A link inside a snippet doesn't seem right to me

No I don't care that isn't linked. I just feel it shouldn't show bbcode that is parsed elsewhere.
