Implemented User Group Promotion for Account Upgrades

This is something I would really like to see added and I'm kind of surprised it's not included.

Presumably you mean a permission for who can purchase upgrades?

When you create your user upgrade, select a user group to put them in (for instance "Premium").

Then in your user group promotions, select the "Premium" group as part of your promotion conditions.

Yep nvm, I have too many things I'm trying to sort out and got my self confused, I already have this implemented
