Everytime I upgrade my xenforo it fails to create directories, this happens 3 or 4 times, and counts as a failed upload, but then I re-que the failed upload but it still fails to upload, I provided a screenshot below.

You're getting a high number of failed file transfers too.

Is there anything in the apache error logs?

I'm not convinced the permissions settings are responsible for the FTP problems but you do need to correct those anyway.

So CHMOD everything except /data and internal_data to 0755.
Those two directories, all sub-directories and files need to be 0777.

1.check your ftp server log files!
    Any error entries there?

    2.
do you use a firewall? a client hat the same problem, as we disabled zone-alarm, everything worked fine

In that case I would contact your host to enquire why certain file types are being rejected during the FTP process.
