It'd be nice to have an option to retroactively apply changes to the 'watched threads' settings.
So if I set it to include threads I create and comment on, I can opt to retroactively apply that to all threads I have I've created and commented on in the past.
Perhaps an option for how far back to go, and a backend option for the admin to set a max on this.
