XF 1.4 thread preview infinite loading

Hi,
on our forum, if you hover over the thread in sub forums . A chat bubble appears stating loading.
it then remains there and doesnt load a post preview.

Any ideas you helpful lot???

No server errors. It works on the main forum but not sub forums

I can't see any forums on your site to confirm the issue, but please confirm with all add-ons disabled.

It was the floating arrow image add on that was stopping it.
