Moderate Replies by Waindigo - Enable/disable the moderation of replies for individual threads.

This add-on adds a new "Enable / disable moderate replies" permission. Moderators with this permission can set individual threads to require moderation of all replies posted.

1) What happens when this add-on is uninstalled, AND there are multiple threads that have the Moderate Replies feature enabled before uninstalling? Will those threads automatically go back to how it was before installing the add-on, i.e. thread replies aren't moderated?

2) Is there a way to find all threads that Moderate Replies is enabled for?

I also encountered a bug with this add-on...

When trying to rebuild Thread Information caches, the following error is thrown:
