[Suggestion] Search Reports

As discussed in this thread, there is currently no option to search reports in neither the reports area nor the general search box. For purposes of finding former issues with a particular user or finding old actions for similar cases, it would be very useful to be able to enter terms to search all reports, perhaps additionally with the option to choose from those "Open," "Resolved," "Rejected," etc.

This is definitely needed to make the report feature usable on large forums.
