Style color map?

I started making a style color map (i don't know what else to call it) identifying the different style color pallet values. as you can see, it's getting very very messy. has anyone already made something like this which helps in customizing your style?

I sometimes use firebug for this sort of thing. any suggestions would be appreciated.
