Set style with url ?

I'm not sure if this the right forum to be posting under as I'm not sure if this would be an add-on request or not. Anyhow, something that would be really cool for my site would be the ability to set the style of a page with a url. This way multiple styles can be seen without changing any user preferences.

ex.

domain.com/forums/threads/thread.1/style1

There are style URLs:

http://xenforo.com/community/misc/style

But it requires a token (or asks for confirmation in the absence of a token) because of...

http://xenforo.com/community/threads/styleid-urls-require-token.8242/

hm. maybe I should rephrase what I said earlier.

domain.com/forums/threads/thread.1/style1
domain.com/forums/threads/thread.1/style2
domain.com/forums/threads/thread.1/style3
domain.com/forums/threads/thread.1/style4

or

domain.com/forums/threads/thread.1/

would all point to the same thread, but each would be displayed with a different style while

domain.com/forums/threads/thread.1/

would show the default style of the forum / use the users preferences.

any idea how to achieve something like this ? I'm wanting to be able to link to different styles with the same content.
