RM 1.0 Security error occurred

I have installed the RM successfully. However I wish to share files up to 100MB (102400kb) as a maximum file size which i set accordingly in the RM settings.

While uploading a 95mb file to test the system i run into this error:

Security error occurred. Please press back, refresh the page, and try again.

Any clues?

What's the max file size in PHP and web server.

PHP on 100 and Apache on 500 but no luck. Repeatedly getting this error.

post_max_size = 100M​
