When a resource is being deleted, the safed resource_update ip adresses doesn't get deleted

Even while the Resource Manager uninstall, the IPs won't be deleted and stay in the db.
the ip table should be probably also be added to the $contentTypeTables array in the uninstall method

I know we're slightly inconsistent with the IP handling, but I'm (now) of the opinion that the IP logs should just be kept around independent of the content (instead moving to a time-based deletion) as they serve as a reference of activity for a user, so I think I will move to this approach in general.
