XF 1.2 Responsive Menu Function

Hey all!

Trying to do some modifications to the navigation. I want the navigation to convert to a popup, but not have public and private tabs be near each other. And it seems like for whatever reason they have to be in the same parent for the function to work. So I wanted to take a look at the function, and was wondering if someone could tell me which file it was in. I'm not great at reading compressed javascript

My problem is that I need to figure out where I can position public and private tabs, as right now they clash with each other and I want them to behave as if the other wasn't there. This might do better as a custom request than general support, as I don't think anyone here besides the author of the function will know off hand.
