Responsive HD Youtube Embedding - Update Youtube embeds to scale and load in high def

This modification alters the default Youtube BBCode from displaying in small, SD format to Hi-Def (720) and will responsively shrink with the viewport. Videos that do not exist in HD will automatically chose a lower quality version.

Requires 1 template addition to Extra.css and an option change.


I marked this as unsupported, but I will try to check in from time to time to asses bugs/etc.
