I can only find how to list reports week by week. Is there a way to display all closed reports as a full paginated list?

No, it is time based as numerical pagination is not really feasible with unknown permissions.

Thanks Mike, so if we wanted an easily accessible archive or reports, is it best to switch off the report centre and send reports to a specific admin forum?

If we do that, would the previous reports in the report centre still be accesible at all?

If you prefer to use a forum, you can, but bear in mind that you do lose some specific features (for example, permissions).

The report system is still accessible, but it won't be linked from the moderator bar (you'd have to go into it directly).
