Removes Follow and Ignore code in this template:

• member_card

Requirements:

This add-on only works on XenForo v1.2 and above.

Installation:

1. Download addon-RemoveFollowIgnore.zip and unzip it.
2. From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Install Add-on" page. Upload the addon-RemoveFollowIgnore.xml file and click the Install Add-on button.
