XF 1.4 Registered Feeds Stopped Working (Connection Error)

I use the Registered Feeds function to pull in RSS feeds. About two weeks ago, the feeds stopped and I receive the following error while trying to preview the feed in the Admin panel:

That suggests either the external service is down or something on your server is blocking the outgoing connection.

Turns out it's CSF. Just gotta figure out what I did. Oops!
