rearranging sub nav tabs?

I have a plugin installed that auto inserted a sub tab (Watched Forums).. Im not particularly happy withe the exact location.. What id like to do is get whats new back at the end of the sub nav bar and place the "Watched Threads" and "Watched Forums" tabs to be side by side with "Whats New?" at the end..



Any guidance would be greatly appreciated..
