Prior to buying...

I'm very interested in xenForo, from what Iv'e seen VB5 isn't that good and people say that I should not
    spend my money on it.

Now, before I get xenForo I need to understand a few things.
    1. If I pay for a license, how long will I be getting updates?

    2. I tried the demo but it's quite a problem because I'm going to use the forum in hebrew,
and because I'm not a customer I can't download the hebrew language pack... this is quite a deal
breaker, because if this language pack isn't good I won't be able to buy XF. I want to try it out first.

    3. I'm looking for some serious designs, willing to pay a decent one.
Any place you can suggest that does professional work?

You receive updates for a year, unless you renew the license (each renewal gets you a year).

Unfortunately, add-ons cannot be installed on the demos. You should be able to look up some sites running the pack from the users that respond.

    Thanks for your reply.
Are you looking for team members that will be in charge of official translation to Hebrew?

There's a Resource section dedicated to members who are willing to post translations:

(I know that doesn't answer your actual question but figured it's somewhat related :) )

The only translations available are by third parties.

We do not have any official translations.

    Is license transfer possible?
I mean, if someone has a license and he doesn't use it, can I buy off of him the license?

As long as it is eligible to be transferred, yes.
