XF 1.2 Popup menu position

I've added a max-width property to the 'body' and also used auto-margin to center the site.

It works properly except of the menus which are not positioned correctly:

The menu should be near the members tab. This happens when the browser is wider than the max-width value.

Any suggestions?

Seems like related to this issue: http://xenforo.com/community/threads/tooltip-problem.34292/

The thread tooltip is also vertically misplaced and is stuck to the bottom of the window.

Issue fixed after cleaning the body css.
