Why do poll vote percentages not add up to 100%
Because they're rounded individually.
For example, if you have seven people voting, each vote is worth 14.2857% of the vote. That rounds to 14%. But if you add up all the 14% votes (or a few 14s and a 57%, etc), you only get 98 or 99% for the total.
Are you talking about multi-option polls? I don't fully understand the logic behind it either

Searched for it, can't find it.
It can be summarised as
"So instead of calculating the ratings as...
Number of votes for option / Number of votes in the poll.
It calculates as...
Number of votes for option / Number of participants in the poll."
Separate names with a comma.
