XF 2.2 PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE BEEN AWAY WITH COVID three months in hospital

During a COVID three month hospital stay, I thought that I had upgraded my main license for upgrades, but this does not work.

I am back home now, with messed up passwords. My board works fine, but it needs upgrading!

Yo u have now locked me out of upgrade access and the ticket system. PLEASE HELP!

We haven't locked you out of anything.

If you have forgotten the password for your own forum or your customer account, perform a password reset.

I was able to get logged in by updating my software, however. I need my current password to change the existing password.

I don't really understand what the issue is.

You don't have to be logged in to your customer account to upgrade using the built in one click upgrade system.

However, you can do a password reset here: https://xenforo.com/customers/lost-password

Almost A year later and all is well. I was in several hospitals including rehab and I'm just now starting to walk again.

It was a wild ride because my Covid took me even after I had the shots from Moderna because of other conflicting medicines.

My Xenforo board is OK now!
