Lack of interest people you ignore can not follow you

on the privacy page i'd like a way to block people you ignore from following you.

i understand following someone following you doesn't give them extra access to you but my people would like it.

But then people would know that you were ignoring them... It would be a quick way for someone to find that out, rather than not be able to find out.

Pernickety I know, but that's what jumped out at me. Usually people who put someone on their ignore list don't tend to want the ignore-ee to know that they're being ignored.
