Has the attribute rel=“noopener" also been added to the attribute target="_blank"?

If rel="noopener" is not specified, linked resources have full control over the originating window object even if the resources are on different origins. The destination link could manipulate the originating document, e.g. replace it with a lookalike for phishing, display advertisement on it or manipulate it in any other way imaginable.

Hi. This add-on doesn't affect public navigation menu items. You should use "Extra attributes" option that available for them out the box.

Extra attributes are not available because these are external links. It appears that public navigation extra attributes is only supported for internal links.

Currently for XF 2.2 the addon does not work properly as you can't remove the target variables once you add them in. The target variables stay for some reason.
