XF 1.3 payment_callback.php Missing After Upgrade to 1.3

Hello! PayPal IPN errors alerted me. After upgrading to 1.3, http://stratics.com/community/payment_callback.php seems to be missing. How may I ensure it's where it should be?

The file is on your server. I just went to check if mine was there (and it is) - http://www.technologyhub.org/payment_callback.php and it comes up with the same text.

Herm...but PayPal isn't seeing it. PayPal is lovely. :<

Check the user upgrade transaction log -- are you seeing errors? (Note that if people go to that URL directly, you'll have some errors logged).

Right, you can ignore the request not validated calls.

However, the invalid business or receiver_email is a legitimate error. You need to make sure that your primary PayPal account in XF is set to one of those values. (You can click on the error for more details, and you should see a business and receiver_email in the PayPal details for the transaction.)
