Password variable

#1
I am having a 3rd party app integrated into my site and that third party has asked a question in regards to the user password variable but I do not have the knowledge on how to answer them...can anyone avise...their question is:
Code:
EXAMPLE
<script>
var init_user="{$visitor.username}";
var init_password="{$visitor.password}";
</script>
Now the problem is:
For this sentence: var init_password="{$visitor.password}";
Can you please kindly tell us that is the method right for getting the password like this "$visitor.password"?

There isn't really something that you can simply use for the password -- it's not even retrieved in general.

Is there any simple way to explain how to get every user's name and password and write them to a different table to be used by a 3rd party app or is it not possible?

I see this on the table
user_id scheme_class data remember_key
and I really don't know where to begin getting a password out of that.
