XFRM 2.2.+

Description:
Allows to set custom routes to resources'

Features:

• Resources will still be available at the old address (redirect to the new address)
  example.com/resources/test.1234/
  ->
  example.com/test/
• New resource routes do not override XF and addon routings
• Permission limiting the maximum number of resources with short-route for the user

2.0.0 Patch Level 2:

• Fix: error that the url is taken by the core when editing a resource without changes or with empty short route
• Fix: force "resources" section context for new route
• Added an explanation hint under the input field
