It will provide some good tools, but it is usually best to wait until things are out of testing phases if you do not know how to troubleshoot.

Honestly it may be worth XenForo allowing devs to mark what state of development an add-on is and display a notice. The number of people who have had issues with alpha/beta/RC add-ons on live forums is kind of insane.

local XF with default theme, all add-ons deactivated, 2.2.11.

It's the same price. Just buy it from ozzmodz. I imagine at some point nulumia will cease to sell. From my understanding its just on there for existing purchases.
