Only Admin can Physically Delete Threads?

Hi, some simple questions I guess:

how can I give ONE normal Super moderator the ability to delete threads permanently? I tried the delete permissions. But, it seems he can only soft-delete, but not permanently remove a topic.

Also, how can I hide a super administrator from appearing in the "Staff Online" display?

Grant the hard delete permission for that moderator in their user permissions.

Hiding staff will be available with 1.2.

Then you either have a permissions conflict due to a Never elsewhere or an add-on is conflicting.
