That page doesn't refresh. You have to manually reload the page if you want the latest listing.

You can implement an auto refresh on that page by editing this template:
Admin CP -> Appearance -> Templates -> PAGE_CONTAINER
Add this code to the head:
like so:
Change the number 30 to whatever you want. That means it will refresh every 30 seconds.
