XF 2.2 Notification count is not showing up for admin

hello,
on my forum, registered users are getting alerts, they can see new notifications count on right side bell icon. but for me the right side bell icon not showing any new notification from last 4 days.
I have checked user permission, group permission, nothing wrong... anyone know how to fix this issue?

Are alerts enabled on that account? Login as admin and go to https://yourboardurl/account/preferences - and check if alerts are enabled in the preferences?

Everything is fine... it was working 4 days ago...
