XF 1.5 No Mail sending

Since i moved to namecheap i have problems with sending mails.
To check if it´s maybe the moved Forum i have setup a fresh installation and tried to register as a new user to the Forum.
I made no changes to the standard Mail Setup cause it worked as it was for me on every hosting i had in the past.

DNS Zones are looking fine. From what i know...
