XF 1.1 mixed up install with 1.2?

Something weird just happend.

I have a live system with XenForo 1.1.3

I've mirrored it (on the same server but to a sub-domain), updated the config.php to the new database location and made an upgrade to 1.2 Beta 3.

Now my life system is messed up. The style looks broken and i can't logg in to the AdminCP. It says the forum needs to be updated first. When i click on the link it says the forum is allready up 2 date.

Help, what happend here?

I guess it was my mistake. I forgot to change the memcache configuration in the config.php
