It's a great way to generate money, e.g. make the basic permissions 5 or 10 PCs, but have a paid account upgrade to a usergroup with more/unlimited.

Really? I personally wouldn't pay somebody to have the ability to save more conversations. I'd just delete as I went along or export them (save the Web page). Quite surprised people would do this.
