Yes, I supplied two bits of CSS, one wth border and one without. You just choose which one to add.

Obviously for people with any knowledge of CSS will be able to edit the border, e.g. make it coloured.

I'm sure it is. The only reason I don't say 1.4 in the overview is that I only have a 1.5 installation to test.

It is a very light resource, all it needs is a bbcode import and a simple manual edit in extra.css, so there is no reason at all why it won't work in any version of xenForo.
