XF 2.3 Is there a way to create a large print style?

The default font sizes are pretty small. I have a lot of elderly people visiting my forums daily, and I'd like to have a style with larger print.

You can adjust the font size directly from the style properties. If you want to offer a separate option for elderly users, you can create a child style and configure the font settings there. @Xon also had an add-on called Font Resizer. You can consider using that add-on.
