Is there anything in the Apache logs?

Also, have you confirmed that the server meets the requirements?

  • MySQL: 5.0+
  • PHP extensions: MySQLi, GD (with JPEG support), PCRE, SPL, SimpleXML, DOM, JSON, iconv, ctype
