It's not yet compatible with xf 2.1. Make sure to create a ticket with some details.

well i did not use the addon to update the forum but when I update manually the site was messed up 100% and error was pointing you this addon ... just got lid of it for now

Yeah we have a large rewrite scheduled sure to xf 2.1 coming out. Add-on still in beta but planned very shortly to get that update.

I have the same problem but decided to leave the add-on activated because then I get the notification that a new version is available.

where is the problem with other plugins is not only here.

Are you trying to install this add-on? Unfortunately that will not work through Install and Upgrade since the download button links to a GitHub page rather than directly downloading the zip

Version 1.1.0 Released

Install & Update has been rewritten from scratch to integrate better into XenForo and the new native 2.1. updater. We do recommend to perform a fresh installation if you have run a previous version of Install & Upgrade. Please be aware that moving forward, XenForo 2.1. is a requirement for this add-on.

Thanks, having someone take a look. Looks like they were accidentally deleted for some reason.

Edit: Apparently they were in the middle of being updated, they should work now if you refresh
