XF 1.4 I updated to 1.42

I removed an add on that was no longer required and I have a problem!
all of the text on screen is like phrases....Like:

• mark_forums_read
• search_forums
• watched_forums
• watched_threads
• new_posts

I cant find out how to rebuild xenforo?

You can rebuild XenForo's master data by visiting the installer again and clicking the Rebuild Master Data button.

Does that mean you can no longer log in to your Admin CP either? It will be the same password.
