Is it visible in the node list?
Set it in the ACP for the node.

Can you browse to it directly using the URL?
If not then it is likely due to node permissions.

What is the node ID so I can check if it's accessible.

Then that is due to node permissions.

Click on Users -> Node Permissions and then change the permissions for that node to allow access.

I have clicked on and off or private node and even given myself for permissions but, still cannot see the forum.

I'm guessing you're a member of one or more of those user groups and have a Never set.

    Never overrides everything else.

I am the only Administrator I should be able to see everything.

If you are a member of a user group which has Never set for that node then you will not be able to access it.

Being an administrator really has no relevance in this case.
