XF 2.2 How to add headings option in text formating

Hello,

I'll like to know if there are any tips, tweak, or codes to add the option to allow users to select a heading type for their texts. E.g., the ability to wrap some of their texts with h2, h3, and h4 formatting instead of bold.

I noticed that posts copied from elsewhere maintain these headings, but there's no easy way to add the same from Xenforo's message editor.

You could edit phrases to change those phrases if you like. That might make it more clear to your members.

Oh, thanks! That was so helpful. Can I add h4 to the mix? Any page template to tweak for that?

Not that I know of but I think there'd be little difference between h4 and regular text bolded at the default text size.

Now it turns out that what's actually there is -

H2, H3, and H4, which is perfectly perfect from my viewpoint. I used the view selection source on Mozilla Firefox for this.

heading 1 actually produces an H2 in source, correct.

this ensures the h1 saves weight to the page title/etc in the default xf template
