XF 1.4 How do I fix my categories?

Hey,
I recently launched my website to the public but I came across this issue.
Go on www.fa-mc.com, and if you go on 'Server Discussion' it posts it on News and Announcements too.
Here's a picture of my node tree.

If I delete the forum Server Discussion it deletes everything under it.

Another question, how do I re-arrange my forum arrangement without deleting user threads?

Also, how do I make it so if a regular member posts a thread on News and Announcements and it won't show.
Right now, regular members can post threads on the forum and it shows on the home page. I only want it mods and admins can post on it.

Please try to answer the three questions, need to get this fixed ASAP.

Go into your Nodes and change Parent Node to (root node)

Click on "Permissions" for your announcement forums, and revoke the Post new thread permission for Registered. Allow it on the groups you wish to be able to create threads.

As for not showing threads on the homepage, you are using an add-on and will need to contact the author as XF doesn't include home page functionality.

Alright, that fixed it.
Another question is there anyway to re-order my categories and forums? Because right now everythings a mess.

Server Discussion shouldn't be at the top, it should be right below News and Announcements.

Suggestions should be right below Feedback.
Anyway to re-order it without deleting threads?

Maybe use the "Display Order" feature of the nodes to arrange them?
