How do I edit the search form in style properties

I want to edit the following search area (in acp > style properties) but I seem to be going round in circles trying to find it, Can someone point it out to me please :)

Add this to EXTRA.css

.formPopup .primaryControls input.textCtrl {
background-color: #CC0000;
}

Change the colour to suit.

That's correct.

It's a continual process though so it may be added at some point in the future.

Just had a look at the example css and I think I may have not explained myself very good

I was looking to edit the buttons and blue rather than the search input

The button is covered by Style Properties -> Buttons

You can change the background colour using: .formPopup .controlsWrapper

Is there anyway to remove the top gradient on the wrapper ?

I'm also having trouble styling the Find Now button. seems to be using the same styling as the post reply button. However changing the button properties does not reflect any changes. Button primary" seems to be the class. Any ideas?

Thanks for the thread it was useful. Im not sure if it is the same thing but I was talking about when the pop-up opens with the options just above the search titles only the top has a gradient.
