I would try disabling these...

Number of posts to create threads
custom bbcode manager
ParseHTML

Im sure the error will lie in one of those conflicting with another mod. If once disabled the error persists then I would disable other mods one by one until the issue goes away. Through trial and error, you will be able to work out which mod is causing the issue.
