Can you clarify what it is you want to do exactly?

After linking to the home page URL in the ACP, you then need to create the home page and configure the server to set it as the landing page, as necesary.

If you want an easy way to do a homepage, which looks the same as the forum, then you can use a XenForo Page.

    That's what I do http://cliptheapex.com/

Did you use a 301 redirect?

Brogan: Any way to make the focus on the home tab when you're on the "home" page?

You need an add-on to do that.

I think there are a few available in the add-ons forum.
