Unfortunately no. All glyph fonts are generic with focus on whatever most websites use: typical navigation, shopping, social stuff, etc. Don't think there are any fonts with military glyphs.

That happens when you have forums without parent category. You can disable that header block in style properties -> forum / node list features. Enable option "Hide empty category titles".
