XF 2.0 Forum watch notification limit

If i set "Forum watch notification limit" to "None", there will be no notification at all, whether new messages / new thread, am i correct?

Correct. It will solely be for listing on the watched forums page or for filtering in what's new.

Is there option to globally disable all forum watch notification limit?
(instead of modifying each node)

Disable the limits as in allow all notifications? That should be the default. Otherwise though, it would need to be node-by-node.
