Fixed Form error position - RTL

I can't notice the same error in LTR, but in RTL it's half hidden if somebody writes a status with more characters than the system allows (in my situation it's 140 characters):

The fundamental issue here was broken error positioning in RTL. This happens elsewhere as well, so I've fixed this.

Though the status box are some additional oddities -- in LTR, the same thing happens, but the error is completely hidden. With the fixed error positioning in RTL, the same thing happens now. Given the simplicity of the form/error, I think this is acceptable.
