XF 1.2 Error: Upgrade version newer than uploaded files?

I just tried upgrading my XF install to 1.2 and I got the following message when I went to mydomain.com/xenforo/install/
"An upgrade was found for a version of XenForo that is newer than the uploaded files. Please reupload all of the files for the new version and reload this page."
I just downloaded the upgrade package again and re-uploaded with overwrite and I'm getting the same thing. What have I done wrong?

Are you sure you uploaded the 1.2 upgrade .zip and to the correct location?

Yah. Just tried again. Upgrading from 1.1.5

Doh! I had FTP set to SKIP not OVERWRITE.
