I suggest dropping support for Zend_Validate_Interface in XenForo_Input.
As the docblock states, XenForo_Input is basically an input filtering class. It doesn't feel right to support a data validation component, in a data filtering class. Zend Framework already includes a filtering component, so it would be nice to remove Zend_Validate_Interface and support Zend_Filter_Interface, instead.
