Why can't I post, view or download attachments in the customer forums?
These forums are restricted to licensed customers only. Up to four forum user names can be associated with each customer account, enabling license owners to grant access for their site staff.
I have a license yet I still can't post, view or download attachments in the customer forums.
Ensure you have associated your forum user name with your customer account. If you used the same email address for both accounts, they will be synchronised automatically; it can take up to 10 minutes to process.

Where are you downloading from ?
There can be a delay between paying and full forum capabilities.

The other issue is the three ! in the title.
(1) I don't think anyone under 10 posts should be allowed to use ! in the titles.
(2) As well, your situation dictates using maximum one exclamation point not three.

You have to buy Xenforo before you are allowed to download addons that work off it; since they only work off Xenforo itself there's no reason why you should download Xenporta without it.

Ok no problem. I use Joomla + phpBB and no problem.

Xenforo has a jfusion addon (Joomla + Xenforo) solution if you want to migrate from phpBB to xenforo.
phpBB works well for many forum situations.
